Winners of the Kaplan Blue Ribbon Pairs: Robert Levin and Joe Grue

A 1:30 a.m. appeal decision reversed the top two finishers in the Blue Ribbon Pairs.
Robert Levin and Joe Grue, who appeared to have fallen short by a single matchpoint when the scores were posted, passed the first-place pair when the appeal was ruled in their favor.
Chris Compton and Eldad Ginossar finished second.

Finishing third were Bart Bramley of Dallas TX and Kit Woolsey of Kensington CA.
